Your strongest decade hasn't happened yet.
Strength, balance and power focused programs, written by a trainer with twenty years of practice, rebuilt every morning around the day you're actually having.
Free, no account. About ten minutes.
20 years, 1,000+ one-on-one clients coached — now written into one app.
Five tests. One number. Retested at Week 22.
Balance, grip, leg power, getting up off the floor, and how fast you react. Life tests, not gym tests — they are the things that decide how the next twenty years actually go.
- Single-leg balanceBalance · fall risk45–60s
- Floor sit-to-standStrength + flexibility + coordination8–10
- Dead hangGrip endurance · shoulder health90–120s
- 5× chair sit-to-standLower-body power · fall riskunder 6s
- Reaction timeReaction time · neural speedunder 250ms
Week 22 you take the same five tests again. That number moving is the whole point.
Most programs survive right up until life gets in the way — a bad night's sleep, a sore shoulder, 25 minutes instead of 50. This one changes the session instead of asking you to skip it, which is the only reason anyone is still doing it in Week 22.
A look inside
Three screens you'll actually use. Swipe.

Plant-powered. No macros, no weighing.
Eating for muscle on plants is a different job than eating for muscle on meat, and it's the part most programs skip. This one doesn't.
Nutrition here is the Daily Five:
- Notice what you ate
- One big salad
- A serving of beans, lentils or tofu
- A serving of plants at every meal
- One more that flexes to what you're training for
Check them off. That's the whole system.
No gram targets, no weighing your dinner, no logging every bite. Snap a photo of a meal if you want it coached.
It adapts the same way the training does, as your week and your training load change.
Stronger
Focus on key lifts like squats and presses, four weeks at a time. Build up your strength and chase records, whether that's one heavy rep or a set of fifteen. The app remembers your lifts and tells you when you beat them.
Faster
Something fast and explosive like throws or jumps comes first in every session, while you're fresh. It's the quality that goes first with age, and it's what keeps you light on your feet and catches you when you trip on a curb.
Younger
Balance, coordination, and exercises designed to build resilience and protect your joints, so you can keep training for years to come. We prioritize what declines fastest with age, because that's what keeps you feeling and moving younger.
A “Spotter” coach gives you cues in-session — Derek wrote every workout; the app just delivers the right day and adjusts it to your sleep, soreness and time. How much is software, how much is a person
Who this is for
Adults roughly 45–65 who want to be strong, steady and capable for decades — and, yes, to look like someone who trains. Both are good reasons.
Plant-based or plant-curious. Training around an old injury is expected, not a problem.
Not for you if you want a shredded-in-six-weeks physique plan, a macro calculator, or a program you never have to lift four days a week for.
It's also not rehab — if something is injured, see someone who can put hands on it first.
Who's behind this

Derek Tresize
Plant-based trainer, 20 years · B.S. Biology · ACE-CPT · WNBF Pro Bodybuilder
I've been coaching for twenty years, all of it plant-based. For most of that time the people who wanted real programming had two options: pay a trainer $300–600 a month, or download an app that hands you a template and a chat box.
So I wrote my whole system down. It's 22 weeks, and it uses a rotating emphasis periodization — it rotates what you're trying to progress each training block, but the targets are the capacities we lose fastest as we age: strength, muscle mass, muscle power, cardiovascular endurance, and balance. Every workout in here is one I wrote, and every demo video is me.
What the app does is hand you the right day at the right time, and change it when you tell it you slept badly, your shoulder is cranky, or you've only got half an hour. That's it.
