SFY Coach vs Younger

Younger describes itself as a science-backed, video-guided fitness program for women 50+, and it is unusually clear about exactly who it is for. It leads with a wall of named, age-stamped member stories — the kind of proof we don't have yet — and a 4.9/5 rating.

Pick Younger if

you want follow-along video workouts you can press play on, you want to see a lot of women your age who've already done it, and you'd rather not think about programming at all.

Pick SFY Coach if

you want a measured start and finish — five tests, a youthspan score, a retest at Week 22 — and a program that changes when your shoulder hurts or you only have 25 minutes, rather than the same video for everyone that week.

SFY Coach vs Younger — questions

Is SFY Coach only for women?

No. Younger is explicitly a program for women 50+. SFY Coach is for adults roughly 45–65 of any gender who want to stay strong and independent for decades.

Does SFY Coach have video demonstrations like Younger?

Yes, but they work differently. Younger is follow-along video sessions. SFY gives you the session as a plan you work through at your own pace, with Derek's demo video and cues on any movement that's new to you.

Younger has testimonials and SFY doesn't. Why should I trust this?

Straight answer: we're earlier than they are, and we're not going to invent quotes to close the gap. What we can offer instead is a free Youthspan Snapshot that gives you a real number about your own body before you pay anything, and three days free after that.
