SFY Coach vs Vora
Vora describes itself as an all-in-one health coaching app — an AI longevity and healthspan coach — and its real strength is data. It reads your wearables (Apple Health, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin), turns the numbers into daily direction, has native iOS and Android apps, a permanent free tier with no card, and a Sources page for the science behind its claims.
Pick Vora if
you already wear a ring or a watch, you want one app to interpret recovery and readiness across everything you track, and you want to start without giving anyone a card.
Pick SFY Coach if
you don't want more dashboards — you want the actual training. SFY is one written 22-week program from a coach with 20 years of practice, tested at the start and retested at Week 22, with plant-based nutrition built in rather than bolted on.

SFY Coach vs Vora — questions
Does SFY Coach sync with my Oura or Apple Watch?
Not today. Vora's whole design is around reading wearables; SFY asks you a couple of short questions instead — how you slept, what's sore, how long you've got — and adapts the session from your answers. If wearable sync is what you're shopping for, Vora is the better fit right now.
Can I try SFY Coach without giving a card?
Yes — the Youthspan Snapshot is free, takes about ten minutes and needs no account. It gives you a real youthspan score from five tests. The 22-week program itself is a 3-day free trial that does ask for a card; cancel during those three days and you won't be charged.
Both apps use AI. What's actually different?
Where the training comes from. Vora builds around the data you track. SFY's program was written by Derek in advance as one periodized 22-week system, and the software delivers it a day at a time and adjusts it to how your week is actually going — it isn't assembling a session out of your step count. Same category of tool, different thing underneath it.
